Thuraya Lutfi brings experience from both legislative drafting and private practice to every client matter.
Before founding Lutfi Law, Thuraya was counsel with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, where she contributed to drafting legislation that is currently in force across the province. Combined with a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto and a degree from Georgetown University, this background informs her work in employment, human rights, and education law.

Thuraya S. A. Lutfi is an Ontario lawyer and the founder of Lutfi Law. Contact Lutfi Law to discuss your legal matter.
Thuraya practises in employment law, human rights law, and education law (academic discipline matters). She works with individuals, businesses, and institutions navigating complex legal challenges. Thuraya also acts as a neutral third-party investigator in workplace and education matters.
Before starting her practice, Thuraya was counsel with the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, where she contributed to drafting legislation that is currently in force in Ontario. Details of her government role are available on request.
Thuraya holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto, a Juris Doctor, and a BSFS from Georgetown University.
