Before founding Lutfi Law, Thuraya’s tenure at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General involved drafting key legislation that is currently in force across the province. This legislative background, combined with a Master of Laws from the University of Toronto and a degree from Georgetown University, allows her to navigate the most complex employment, human rights, and education law challenges with unmatched precision.

Thuraya S. A. Lutfi is an Ontario employment lawyer and the founder of Lutfi Law. Thuraya is known for her compassion and her empathy for her clients. Contact Thuraya today for assistance with your legal matter.
Thuraya practices in employment law, human rights law, and education law (academic discipline matters). She is passionate about providing strategic legal solutions to individuals, businesses, and institutions navigating complex legal challenges. Thuraya has served as a neutral third-party investigator, ensuring that employees and students comply with relevant regulations, policies as well as human rights standards.
Prior to starting her own legal practice, Thuraya worked for the Ontario government. During her tenure at the Ontario Ministry of the Attorney General, Thuraya contributed to drafting key legislation that was later passed by parliament and is currently in force in Ontario.
With a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Toronto, a Juris Doctor, and a BSFS degree from Georgetown University, Thuraya combines academic excellence with practical experience to deliver effective legal representation.
